BADEF Participation in COP16 Riyadh

BADEF participated in the 16th Conference of the Parties (COP16) of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on 2 December 2024. The event brought together governments, international organizations, development partners, civil society, and other stakeholders to address land degradation, drought, desertification, and climate-related challenges. BADEF’s participation provided an opportunity to engage with stakeholders, exchange knowledge, and strengthen its commitment to supporting climate resilience and sustainable development, particularly for vulnerable communities affected by environmental and climate-related challenges.
